Dear Golf Members,

As of 3 February, all member points accounts will be merged into a single account.

Currently, golf members have two separate points accounts:

-Bonus Points Account – accumulated through loyalty and general spending

-Golf Points Account – accumulated through competition winnings

To provide a more streamlined and efficient service, the golf points account will be transferred into the bonus points account for all golf members. This change will allow members to:

-View their total points balance in one place

-Redeem points at any club till without needing to specify which account to use

No action is required from members during this transition. All existing golf points will automatically transfer, and all future golf winnings will now be credited directly to the bonus points account.

Important note on point expiry:
Members on Bronze, Silver, or Gold membership levels must redeem their points before the end of the calendar year.

Members on Platinum level and above will continue under the existing points policy, with no change to expiry.
