As you may know, Tony Kerkow finished up as Head Chef with the Club earlier in June to pursue other opportunities.  After seven years of service we would like to thank Tony for his dedication and commitment during his time at Thurgoona.

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome our new Head Chef, Christopher Arter, who started with us this week.  Chris comes from the UK and has over 15 years culinary experience working in a range of bistros, pubs and fine dining establishments.  Most recently Chris was the Sous Chef for Mountain Range Restaurants and, prior to that, Head Chef at The Winterton Arms.  Chris is excited to settle into his new role and we know that the membership will join us in welcoming him to the team here at Thurgoona.
