Local Rules – Changes effective 1 August 2019

The local rules in effect at Thurgoona will change from 1 August 2019.  Please refer to the attached rules list, which is also posted on the Local Rules Board in the breezeway outside the Pro Shop.  These changes now better align with the R&A 2019 Rules of Golf, and address some areas of concern, most notably trees under 2 club lengths in height and paths on the golf course.

I remind all golfers that it is their individual responsibility to check the Local Rules board and to play their round in accordance with those rules and the 2019 Rules of Golf as stipulated by the R&A.
