Updated local rule – two (2) stroke penalty to be imposed for removing the flagstick

Due to increased risk Thurgoona local rules for COVID have now been updated.

The flagstick MUST remain in place at all times and is NOT to be removed during play.

Players removing the flagstick will now incur a two (2) stroke penalty for each occurrence.
