Notices of Motion or any items of business must be advised in writing 14 days prior to the AGM. The last date to provide this to the Secretary of the Golf Committee is Wednesday 18th November 2020.
Nominations of candidates for election to the committee shall be made by two playing members. The consent of the nominee must be given.
