With thanks to our sponsor, Mark Tomich & Wardrobe World, I am excited to announce that team registrations are open for the 2021 Wardrobe World Cup Premier League season. Team nominations will close 12 July 2021 – get in fast.
The format is similar to previous years – 6 person teams (male, female, or mixed) compete on selected Saturday stableford events over the course of a season, with the best 3 individual scores counting for your team each round. Teams play off in a home and away style season, with a short final series to determine the champions. There are great prizes for season winners and runners-up, as well as MVP with a Best & Fairest Medal count, Brownlow-style.
The 2019 champs are the Drawshank Redemptions and they are set on defending their title.
The season costs $40 per player, with some costs going to Golf Premier League for administration, but all remaining proceeds go into prizes and the end-of-season presentation night function.
Get your team together – fill out the team registration form in the Pro Shop before 12 July.
Dates for the season may vary based on team numbers but the proposed dates, at this time, are as follows: 24 Jul, 14 Aug, 28 Aug, 18 Sep, 16 Oct, 23 Oct, 13 Nov, 20 Nov, & 27 Nov. These dates may be subject to change.
