The first round of this years Thrugoona bowl is done and dusted. The conditions of the course played difficult today as the best scratch was only 73 (+1). The seeded group will consist of Nathan Schneider (73, +1), Travis Merritt (73, +1), Daniel Huggard (75, +3) and Simon Hoppe (75, +3). With the overall Nett is being lead by John Duffy with a nett 69 (-3), but is closely followed by Ben Joos and Jason Cawthray both on 71 nett (-1)
The seniors is currently being lead by Jason Cawthray, 76 (+4), closely followed by Michael Cleary and Darren Beddoes both on 78 (+6).
Full field results for both Scratch and Nett are attached. Hopefully the weather can hold off tonight and tomorrow so we can see how it all plays out tomorrow!
