2022 MDGA Pennant Final – This Sunday at Thurgoona

This Sunday, Thurgoona Country Club Resort will be hosting the MDGA Pennant Finals. After the Semi-Finals played on Sunday it is great to have Thurgoona playing in both the Scratch and Handicap Finals.

 

The Semi-Finals were played at Howlong on Sunday and both Thurgoona Scratch sides were competing. 

 

Thurgoona 1 led by Michael Lane played Albury 1 and lost 4-1

– Mark Walsham won 4&3

– Cade Webb lost 3&2

– Michael Lane lost 1 down

– Richard Delmenico lost 2&1

– Daniel Lee lost 4&3

 

Thurgoona 2 led by Simon Hoppe won 3-2 against Albury 2 to qualify for the Final

– Tom Webb won 1 up

– Danial Huggard won 4&3

– Simon Hoppe lost 3&2

– Lochie Semmler won 2&1

– Greg Daniel lost 2&1

 

In the Handicap section Thurgoona led by Craig Scammell took on Culcairn in their Semi final and won 5-0

– Russell Franz won 2&1

– David Robertson won 1up

– Craig Scammell won 4&2

– Ken Primmer won 2&1

– Noah Wilson won 4 & 2

 

Tee off will be from 11.20am this Sunday and it will be great to see members come out and support our teams.
