Additional lateral hazard stakes (red) have been added on the 12th and 13th holes to define the margin of the hazard in those areas (right of 12th green and right of 13th fairway).  This gives golfers the option of proceeding under the lateral hazard rule (Rule 26) should they not be able to find their ball in these areas (instead of having to return to the tee to hit another).  Please keep in mind that being a hazard, golfers are not entitled to ground their club or move loose impediments in these areas.
