Please see attached the final draws for the Men’s and Ladies Peter Crowe 4BBB Match Play. Note the Men’s Rd of 16 will be held next Sat 9th May. The Quarter Finals (men’s and ladies) is scheduled for 16th May, the Semi Finals for 23rd May and the Finals for the 30th May. Congratulations to all qualifiers.
The format for the match play portion is as follows: players use 3/4 (three quarters) of their daily handicap (0.5 rounded up), the low player will revert to scratch and the other players will receive the difference in handicap with strokes allocated according to the men’s or ladies match play index. Play will be from the red tees for ladies and the blue tees for men with the exception of the semi-finals (23rd May) which will be played from the white plates due to the stroke monthly medal event being held on that day.
Tee times have been allocated for the matches. For the round of 16, the quarter finals and semi-finals, should both teams agree, the match may be played in a morning timeslot. For the finals, the match must be played at the time set aside by the Committee.
