{"id":5543,"date":"2021-02-03T06:37:50","date_gmt":"2021-02-02T19:37:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thurgoona.miclub.com.au\/cms\/?p=5543"},"modified":"2023-06-22T17:33:27","modified_gmt":"2023-06-22T07:33:27","slug":"return-of-rakes-to-bunkers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thurgoona.miclub.com.au\/cms\/return-of-rakes-to-bunkers\/","title":{"rendered":"RETURN OF RAKES TO BUNKERS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\">RETURN OF RAKES TO BUNKERS<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Please be advised that as of Friday February 5th 2021, rakes will be returning to the bunkers at T.C.C.R<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Golfers are advised that the Temporary Local Rule relating to Preferred Lies in bunkers will be removed from this date.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">All balls that come to rest in a bunker, will be played &#8216;as it lies&#8217;.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">As it has been some time since preferred lies in bunkers have been in play, it is encouraged that ALL golfers, especially T.C.C.R members please ensure that bunkers are raked once played from. If you notice a bunker that has been left un-raked, please take a couple of moments to give it a rake.
